Johnson & Johnson Besieged By Talc Lawsuits

More than 1,000 women have filed lawsuits against Johnson & Johnson, alleging the company failed to warn them of potential health complications associated with the use of talc-based products. The family of an Alabama woman who used Johnson & Johnson Baby Powder for more than 30 years and died from ovarian cancer was recently awarded $72 million by a St. Louis jury.

People were using something they thought was perfectly safe. And it isn’t. At least give people the choice. J&J didn’t give people a choice.
